Service Agreement
Awali Solutions Africa is the trading brand of Awali Business Solutions (Pty) Ltd. By engaging our services or completing a checkout, you agree to the terms below.
Commitment & Billing Terms
- Minimum 3-month commitment from start date
- 30-day written cancellation notice required
- Setup fee is required before any work begins
- Setup fee becomes non-refundable after onboarding begins
- Monthly billing starts after onboarding
- Additional or custom work is quoted separately
Payments
Payments are processed securely through our payment provider, Yoco. Setup fees are required before work begins and become non-refundable after onboarding has started. Monthly billing begins after onboarding.
Custom & Additional Work
Custom features, advanced integrations, large product uploads, paid advertising, complex booking systems, special development work and advanced copywriting are quoted separately before work begins.
